This report presents an evaluation of 322 telecommunications and technology projects funded by ARC between fiscal years 2004 and 2010. Using findings from 18 in-depth case studies and an extensive survey of project grantees, the study evaluated the impact of these projects on businesses, households, and participants; outlined key findings and common themes; and provided recommendations for enhancing future ARC telecommunications and technology programs.
