READY Nonprofits provides training to help nonprofit organizations strengthen operations, programming and fundraising to better fulfill their missions and uplift economies.
After successful completion of their training, participating organizations can apply for up to $25,000 in funding (no match required) to implement internal projects.
ARC has awarded 69 Appalachian nonprofits spanning 12 states a total of over $1.7 million to date.
ARC Selects 75 Nonprofits for Training Program
In June 2025, ARC selected 75 Appalachian nonprofit organizations to take part in a seven week training program to strengthen services that help Appalachian economies thrive.

Helping All Communities Access Resources
Nonprofit organizations serving economically distressed counties in the Appalachian Region are strongly encouraged to participate.
