Rural communities often face challenges securing access to affordable and reliable high-speed broadband service, including regulatory restrictions, lack of local capacity, resistance to network integration, and cost inefficiencies. In an attempt to help provide solutions to these challenges, ARC has expanded the types of broadband projects it offers and funds to include Broadband as a Service (BaaS) projects, along with its traditional Broadband Infrastructure and Digital Literacy project types.

The webinar will provide attendees with a clearer understanding of the general structure, requirements, best practices, and available funding for BaaS projects.
