Every five years, ARC works with its federal, state and community partners on a strategic plan that guides our investments throughout Appalachia’s 13-state, 423-county region. Our current strategic plan expires next year, so we are launching our planning process by asking for your input.

The input we receive will shape how ARC innovates, partners and invests in Appalachia from 2026 to 2030. Everyone’s ideas, experiences and expertise – including yours – are needed.
