The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) will hold an in-person how-to-apply workshop for the 2026 Virginia Appalachian Regional Commission Grant (ARC) program on Thursday, February 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the SWVA Higher Education Center in Abingdon, VA.
