OMB Grant Regulations

Every ARC grant, subgrant, and cooperative agreement must comply with governmentwide grant regulations at Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 200 (“2 CFR Part 200”). These regulations address administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for federal awards. They provide guidance for pre-award and post-award requirements in areas such as record retention, procurement, subaward management, and performance measures.

On April 22, 2024, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published revisions to 2 CFR Part 200. For ARC, these new regulations became effective on June 21, 2024.

All ARC grants approved by the ARC Federal Co-Chair on or after June 21, 2024 must adhere to the new regulations, which may be viewed on the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations website. ARC grants approved before June 21, 2024 must adhere to this version of 2 CFR Part 200.
