Cortney Beltz joined ARC in December 2022 as a Grants Management Specialist in the Business Workforce and Investment division. Working under the READY Appalachia program, she provides technical assistance and support to applicants and grantees, helping them overcome barriers to progress in both the pre-award and post-award phases of the grant lifecycle. Prior to joining ARC, Cortney worked at Liberty University as a Grants Compliance Officer, overseeing post-award administration for the university in the Office of Sponsored Programs. Prior to that role, she worked in Research Ethics serving as a research analyst for human-subjects research on the university’s Institutional Review Board. Cortney is passionate about issues related to community capacity building, mental and behavioral health, and military resiliency. She holds a master’s degree in professional counseling and in Human Services: Military Resilience.

Audrey Gámez brings more than 10 years of experience in program management and nonprofit administration to her role with Purpose Possible. Over the last several years, she has brought this experience to a variety of community engagement initiatives and research projects impacting the public sector. Audrey has also designed and delivered many educational programs for cohort groups. She is a sought-after speaker on advocacy and community-engaged artmaking and has presented nationally at several conferences and festivals including the Association of Performing Arts Service Organization Conference, Artists Thrive Conference, ELEVATE, and others.

Meghan Pietrantonio is a purpose-driven leader experienced in building relationships and developing strategies to address complex issues and drive systems-level change. She has more than 20 years experience in philanthropy and nonprofits, having served most recently as Head of Strategy and Community Affairs for the Truist Foundation. In that role, Meghan led the design and development of the Foundation’s national five-year strategy, which focuses grantmaking in two pillars: Strengthening Small Businesses and Building Career Pathways to Economic Mobility. Meghan oversaw all grantmaking and evaluation for the Foundation in alignment with the strategy, deploying more than $60 million annually across Truist’s footprint in the Mid-Atlantic, Appalachian and Southeastern regions of the U.S. Meghan has been recognized with the 40 under 40 Award from the Atlanta Business Chronicle. She regularly engages with Philanthropy Southeast, the Atlanta Foundations Forum (Past Convener), the Georgia Grantmakers Alliance, and Asset Funders Network (AFN).

Megan Robinson joined ARC as a Program Manager in the Business Workforce and Investment division in September 2021. Her work involves supporting grantees as they implement ARC-funded projects and identifying technical assistance needs and barriers that may impede progress. Prior to joining ARC, she served as the Director of Workforce Development and Apprenticeships with Argentum where she oversaw a USDOL grant with the overarching goal of launching apprenticeship programs in the healthcare and senior living industry. As the Director of Program Investments and Partnerships with Communities In Schools National, Megan oversaw grant-funded initiatives and provided technical assistance to a network of nearly 200 affiliates serving public schools across the country. Megan is passionate about issues related to dropout prevention, college-career readiness, and diversity, equity and inclusion. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
