Every ARC grant, subgrant, and cooperative agreement must comply with governmentwide grant regulations at Title 2 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), Part 200 (“2 CFR Part 200”). These regulations address administrative requirements, cost principles, and audit requirements for federal awards. They provide guidance for pre-award and post-award requirements in areas such as record retention, procurement, subaward management, and performance measures.
On August 13, 2020, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) published revisions to 2 CFR Part 200. Most of the revisions became effective on November 12, 2020.
All ARC grants signed on or after November 12, 2020, must adhere to the new regulations as updated in the Electronic Code of Federal Regulations website. All ARC grants signed before signed before November 12, 2020, must adhere to this version of 2 CFR Part 200.
