Access to Capital project applicants are required to submit an operating plan as part of their application package (please refer to Access to Capital’s Application Checklist as well as Access to Capital’s Application and Operating Guidelines for more information).  This outline can be used as a tool to guide applicants in the development of their loan and investment operating plans.
