Throughout the year, ARC issues Requests for Proposals seeking contractors to support research and evaluation on topics impacting economic development in the Appalachian Region, or to assist in administering community capacity initiatives. Occasionally, ARC seeks contractors for technical projects that strengthen our internal processes to ultimately better fulfill our mission.

Leadership Training Partnership
ARC is seeking proposals from organizations – including non-profits, colleges and universities, and other stakeholders – to collaborate with the ARC Academies & Institutes team to execute the Appalachian Leadership Institute (ALI). Proposals are due by 5:00 p.m. EDT on January 10, 2025
